After a 2018 incident at a single rented server, follow-up audits found no evidence of stored user data, which lent some support to the no-logs policy (the conclusion was contested by some researchers at the time, so treat it as one data point, not proof).
What it does well:
- Fastest speeds in our test (NordLynx protocol).
- Streaming works on Netflix, Disney+, BBC iPlayer, Hulu, etc.
- 6,000+ servers across 60+ countries.
- Strong kill switch and DNS leak protection by default.
What it doesn’t do:
